Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Vikaspuri, Delhi, seeks a Front Desk Executive to greet clients, manage appointments and keep the reception running smoothly.

You will handle billing, cash, and daily closing reports while coordinating with doctors and technicians to prevent delays. 3–5 years' front-desk experience, 6 days a week, with salary ₹3.5 Lakh–₹5 Lakh per year and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in front desk, receptionist or customer service roles.
• Clear speaking in English, Hindi and local language; good computer skills.
• Experience with appointment and billing software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in clients and answer phone calls politely.
• Book, confirm and reschedule appointments.
• Handle billing, cash and the daily closing report.
• Manage clinic inventory with the Branch Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, doctors and technicians to minimize wait times.
• Call clients for appointment reminders and feedback.
• Keep reception area neat and welcoming.
• Support the clinic in achieving targets.

Location: A-40, Guru Virjanand Marg, A-Block, Vikaspuri, Delhi, 110018

Salary: ₹3.5 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

WHO CAN APPLY
