Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Mumbai is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a single clinic as your own business.

You will head the clinic team, ensure exceptional client service, and drive revenue growth while maintaining Berkowits SOPs and standards. The role requires 8–10 years’ experience and a proven track record in sales and team leadership in a hair/skin clinic, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years total experience with team handling.
• Sales and client-handling experience in a hair, skin, or aesthetic clinic.
• Good track record of meeting monthly sales targets.
• Graduate or MBA.
• Comfortable working on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full clinic team: consultants, doctors, technicians and front desk.
• Hold a short daily morning meeting to set goals.
• Drive monthly revenue and new-client targets.
• Provide consultations and close treatment packages.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and timeliness per SOPs.
• Resolve client complaints promptly.
• Track daily sales, appointments and follow-ups and report to Cluster Manager.
• Train staff and manage attendance, stock and clinic upkeep.

Pedder Road, Mumbai

Location: Flat No. 2, Ground Floor, Makani Manor, Opposite Jaslok Hospital, Pedder Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400026

Salary: 7 Lakh to 9 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Science or Aesthetics background preferred)

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will run one Berkowits clinic like your own business. You will lead the clinic team, make sure every client gets great service, and grow the clinic's revenue.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the full clinic team: consultants, doctors, technicians and front desk.
• Hold a short team meeting every morning and set daily goals.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets, including monthly revenue and new-client targets.
• Give consultations for hair and skin services and close treatment packages.
• Make sure every service is safe, clean and on time, as per Berkowits SOPs.
• Solve client complaints quickly and politely.
• Track daily sales, appointments and follow-up calls, and share reports with the Cluster Manager.
• Train and guide your team, and manage attendance, stock and clinic upkeep.

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• 8 to 10 years of total experience, including team handling.

• A good record of meeting monthly sales targets.
• Graduate or MBA.
• Comfortable working on weekends.

Good to have

• Knowledge of treatments like laser hair reduction, PRP, hair transplant, and hair replacement.
• Experience with clinic software or CRM tools.
• Can speak the local regional language along with Hindi and English.
