Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics on Pedder Road, Mumbai invites a Sales Executive to engage with potential clients, understand their needs and schedule clinic visits. The role includes light front desk support and working six days a week with one weekday off per roster.

Salary ranges from 3.25 Lakh to 5 Lakh per year with a significant variable pay component and incentives. Training on Berkowits treatments and a clear growth path to higher roles are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Call new leads and book clinic appointments.
• Understand client hair/skin concerns and book appointments.
• Follow up with non-responsive leads.
• Send appointment reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Handle basic front desk tasks: welcome walk-ins, answer calls, schedule visits.
• Assist with billing and keep reception area tidy.
• Help clinic achieve monthly appointment and walk-in targets.

Location: Flat No. 2, Ground Floor, Makani Manor, Opposite Jaslok Hospital, Pedder Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400026

Salary: 3.25 Lakh to 5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will call people who have shown interest in Berkowits, understand their need, and book their appointment at our clinic. You will also help with basic front desk work at the clinic.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Call new leads quickly. Make at least 120 calls a day.
• Understand the client's hair or skin concern and book a clinic appointment.
• Follow up with clients who did not answer or did not visit.
• Send appointment reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Handle basic front desk work: welcome walk-in clients, answer calls, and book or reschedule appointments.
• Help with billing and keep the reception area neat when needed.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets, especially monthly appointment and walk-in targets.
