Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Mumbai is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales/Telesales Executive to convert leads and boost clinic appointments. You will make 120+ calls daily, understand client hair or skin concerns, and book visits while supporting basic front desk tasks.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales, fluency in Hindi and English, and comfort with targets and weekend work. Earn ₹3.25–₹5 LPA with a strong variable pay component, incentives, and a clear growth path to Head Office;

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, telecalling or inside sales.
• Comfortable making 120+ calls a day.
• Clear speaking in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable with targets and working on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Call new leads quickly. Make at least 120 calls a day.
• Understand the client's hair or skin concern and book a clinic appointment.
• Follow up with clients who did not answer or did not visit.
• Send appointment reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Handle basic front desk work: welcome walk-in clients, answer calls, and book or reschedule appointments.
• Help with billing and keep the reception area neat when needed.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets, especially monthly appointment and walk-in targets.

Location:Flat No. 2, Ground Floor, Makani Manor, Opposite Jaslok Hospital, Pedder Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400026

Salary: ₹3.25 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM
