Job summary

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle inbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into customers.

Since the leads are generated through inbound enquiries, the role primarily involves understanding customer requirements, recommending the right product or service, addressing concerns, following up with interested prospects, and successfully closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and understand customer requirements.

• Pitch products/services effectively and convert enquiries into sales.
  
• Handle customer objections and negotiate confidently to close deals.
  
• Follow up with leads that do not convert during the initial interaction.
