Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Tele-Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Experience in B2B, E-Commerce, BPO, Call Center or Digital Services is a plus.
• Strong Hindi & English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers via calls and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and business needs.
• Explain e-commerce products and solutions to prospects.
• Handle objections and build customer confidence.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into sales.
• Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the team for customer onboarding.
