Job summary

Aangee Compounds Llp is seeking a proactive sales and order coordination profile in Gujarat to build new customer relationships, manage existing accounts, and ensure smooth order processing. You will coordinate with dispatch and production, verify prices, and maintain accurate customer data.

The role emphasizes lead generation, data integrity, and timely follow-ups across multiple channels, with immediate joining preferred where possible.

Responsibilities

• Cold call new companies and fix meetings
• Call enquiries received via IndiaMART
• Run email campaigns, follow up on replies and share a simple report
• Build the lead list: company websites, contacts, categories
• Find companies and decision-makers on LinkedIn
• Collect and verify emails and phone numbers
• Follow up on trial samples and record results
• Collect customer feedback
• Reconnect with customers whose orders have dropped
• Follow up on pending payments
• Enter customer orders in the system
• Check price and payment terms on every PO
• Issue quality certificates (COA)
• Coordinate with dispatch and production teams
• Confirm dispatches, update stock, keep contact details current for our second unit
• Arrange and track sample dispatches
• Pull and analyse import/export trade data
• Ensure the sales team fills customer records fully, and chase pending updates
• Share a short status report on record completeness
• Keep product names and customer details accurate and clean
