Job summary

Aangee Compounds Llp is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development Executive in Ahmedabad to generate new business, handle inquiries, and coordinate orders from receipt to dispatch. You will build and maintain a robust lead list, identify decision-makers on LinkedIn, and ensure data accuracy across customer records.

You will also manage follow-ups on payments and participate in email campaigns, reporting outcomes to the team.

Responsibilities

• Cold call new companies and fix meetings
• Call enquiries received via IndiaMART
• Run email campaigns, follow up on replies and share a simple report
• Build the lead list: company websites, contacts, categories
• Find companies and decision-makers on LinkedIn
• Collect and verify emails and phone numbers
• Enter customer orders in the system
• Check price and payment terms on every PO
• Coordinate with dispatch and production teams
• Confirm dispatches, update stock, keep contact details current for our second unit
• Arrange and track sample dispatches
• Pull and analyse import/export trade data
• Share a short status report on record completeness
• Keep product names and customer details accurate and clean

Getting new customers

• - Cold call new companies and fix meetings

Existing customers

• - Follow up on trial samples and record results
• - Collect customer feedback
• - Reconnect with customers whose orders have dropped
• - Follow up on pending payments

Order handling and coordination

• - Enter customer orders in the system
• - Check price and payment terms on every PO
• - Issue quality certificates (COA)
• - Coordinate with dispatch and production teams
• - Confirm dispatches, update stock, keep contact details current for our second unit
• - Arrange and track sample dispatches

Records and data

• - Pull and analyse import/export trade data
• - Ensure the sales team fills customer records fully, and chase pending updates
• - Share a short status report on record completeness
• - Keep product names and customer details accurate and clean
