• Coordinate logistics and shipment status with logistics team.
• Maintain ISO records and track pending OPFs/escalations.
• Schedule daily activities for team members.

• Mapping in SFA for the team.
• Sending quotes on behalf of Account Manager
• Coordinating with OEM's and works on their portal to fill data or opportunities.
• Customer/GH/Management escalations and feedback.
• Payment reminders to customer for own business.
• Arranging latest pricelist from distributors/local market/COS.
• Coordinating with logistics for shipment/order status.
• Filling OPF on behalf of account manager.
• Follow-up with installation team.
• Acknowledging to customers for all order received and update on shipment status.
• Day scheduling for team members.
• Keep a track of all pending OPFs /escalations.
• Maintaining ISO related records or training details.
