Job summary

Miraclus Orthotech in Ahmedabad relies on a driven Sales Executive to expand our orthopaedic implants business. The role involves planning field tours, visiting doctors, surgeons, and distributors, and delivering compelling product presentations to drive sales.

Fresher or experienced candidates with a background in pharma or biology are welcome, with preference for those in trauma and spine implants. This position is based in Ahmedabad and requires regular travel to grow the customer base.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly, weekly, and daily tour program & submit to RSM.
• Discuss & execute tour visits jointly with RSM for lead conversion.
• Daily visits to doctors, distributors, and surgeons for sales and revenue generation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products, explain advantages/USP to doctors, surgeons, distributors and generate sales.
• Listen to doctors, surgeons, distributors problems and provide solutions.
• Timely address and convey solutions to doctors, surgeons; coordinate with RSM.
• Responsible for achieving sales and operational targets as decided.
• Maintain excellent rapport with distributors and surgeons.
• Submit daily reports, expense statements, and progress status reports on time.
• Manage distributor inventories, order deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate to resolve open queries and problems with all levels.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for primary, secondary and instruments.
• Ensure smooth channel function with stockists, optimizing stock levels.
• Follow up for payment recovery with distributors.
• Provide MIS data to management for strategic decisions.

Any Bpharma/Bsc Fresher candidate or experience candidate can apply.

Any person with experience in TRAUMA & SPINE implants will be highly preferred.

• Candidates from ORTHO IMPLANTS- TRAUMA & Spine OR ORTHO PHARMA are preferred.
• Plan monthly, weekly, and daily tour program & submit to RSM
• Discuss & Execute jointly tour visit with RSM in the potential area for lead conversion
• Daily visits to doctors, distributors, and surgeons, for sales and revenue generation.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products, explain a product
  advantage/benefits, USP to doctors, surgeons, distributors and generate sales.
• Listen, understand doctors, surgeons, distributors problems and provide solutions.
• Timely address and escape problems queries to RSM and convey solutions to doctors, surgeons
• Responsible for the achievement of sales and operational targets as decided.
• Maintaining excellent rapport with the existing distributor and surgeons.
• Timely submission of the daily report, expense statement, and update ongoing progress status report.
• Perform Distributor management inventories level management, order deliveries, and payment follow-ups
• Strong coordination & closely follow up at all levels for any open queries and problem.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Primary, secondary and instruments in a given area.
• Smooth functioning of channel (stockiest) by ensuring optimum stock for primary, secondary & instruments
• Follow up for payment recovery on time and zero outstanding with distributors
• Provide various MIS data to management for strategic decision
