Job summary

Miraclus Orthotech in Noida is seeking a Sales Executive for the TRAUMA segment to drive growth and market penetration. The role focuses on field visits, product presentations, and building relationships with doctors, surgeons, and distributors.

Candidates with experience in trauma implants or pharma are preferred, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets and coordinating with the Regional Sales Manager for strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in TRAUMA implants or PHARMA preferred.
• From ORTHO IMPLANTS- TRAUMA OR ORTHO PHARMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly, weekly, and daily tour programs and report to the RSM.
• Visit doctors, distributors, and surgeons for sales and revenue generation.
• Deliver product presentations highlighting advantages and USP to doctors and distributors.
• Address queries and coordinate with RSM to resolve issues.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for primary, secondary, and instrument categories.
• Maintain strong rapport with distributors and surgeons; manage inventories and payments.

Urgent Opening For Sales Executive at Noida for TRAUMA Segment.

Any person with experience in TRAUMA implants / PHARMA will be highly preferred.

• Candidates from ORTHO IMPLANTS- TRAUMA OR ORTHO PHARMA are preferred.
• Plan monthly, weekly, and daily tour program & submit to RSM
• Discuss & Execute jointly tour visit with RSM in the potential area for lead conversion
• Daily visits to doctors, distributors, and surgeons, for sales and revenue generation.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products, explain a product
  advantage/benefits, USP to doctors, surgeons, distributors and generate sales.
• Listen, understand doctors, surgeons, distributors problems and provide solutions.
• Timely address and upscale problems queries to RSM and convey solutions to doctors, surgeons
• Responsible for the achievement of sales and operational targets as decided.
• Maintaining excellent rapport with the existing distributor and surgeons.
• Timely submission of the daily report, expense statement, and update ongoing progress status report.
• Perform Distributor management inventories level management, order deliveries, and payment follow-ups
• Strong coordination & closely follow up at all levels for any open queries and problem.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Primary, secondary and instruments in a given area.
• Smooth functioning of channel (stockiest) by ensuring optimum stock for primary, secondary & instruments
• Follow up for payment recovery on time and zero outstanding with distributors
• Provide various MIS data to management for strategic decision
