We seek a motivated Executive to grow media sales and manage key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in advertising sales, digital media, sponsorships, or media partnerships, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsible for lead generation, pitching, closing deals, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable media sales solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services to existing clients.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales, media sales, or Account Management.
• Strong understanding of media sales channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills
