Celica Autotech Pvt. Ltd. in West Bengal operates a TVS Two-Wheeler showroom seeking a Sales Executive to drive bookings and retail sales. You will handle enquiries, follow up, present the correct TVS model, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.
You will coordinate with Finance, Insurance and Registration teams, manage stock and delivery, and report daily sales activity. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
Achieve individual targets assigned by Management; handle showroom and all assigned enquiries, record them in DMS/CRM, conduct timely follow-ups, convert genuine leads into bookings/retail sales and ensure no enquiry remains unattended or is artificially/duplicately booked.
Professionally handle customers, understand their requirements and recommend the correct TVS model/variant; maintain updated product, pricing, scheme and finance knowledge and provide only accurate information without false or unauthorised commitments.
Complete booking forms, customer verification, approvals and payment formalities accurately; follow approved pricing and schemes, obtain approval for special offers and never provide unauthorised discounts, cash adjustments, free accessories, exchange benefits or other commercial commitments.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance and Registration teams for documentation, approvals and completion of formalities; monitor pending cases, keep customers updated and ensure all submitted information and documents are complete, accurate and timely.
Coordinate vehicle availability and allocation, verify model/variant/colour/chassis/engine details and safeguard keys/documents; ensure PDI, payment, approvals, accessories, documents and delivery checks are complete before authorised handover, with no delivery against incomplete payment or approval.
Maintain accurate DMS/CRM, invoices and physical/digital sales records and immediately report discrepancies; coordinate MBOs, co-dealers, institutional customers and approved business partners while ensuring authorised stock movement, proper documentation and payment follow-up.
Keep customers updated on booking, billing, finance, insurance, registration and delivery; handle complaints and after-sales follow-up appropriately. Important customer, TVS/company or internal communication, approval, commitment, instruction or complaint must be documented in writing wherever required for future reference, with failure to document potentially attracting strict disciplinary action after review.
Submit accurate daily sales/activity reports, maintain punctuality, grooming and professional conduct and coordinate with the Sales Manager and all concerned departments. During absence, properly hand over pending follow-ups, approvals, commitments and customer activities so that no assigned task remains unattended.
The Sales Executive is accountable for the accuracy, transparency, timely completion and proper documentation of all assigned sales and customer activities from enquiry through delivery and follow-up. Any negligence, unauthorised commitment, concealment, undocumented important communication or violation of prescribed process may be reviewed by Management and, where responsibility is established, may attract strict disciplinary action as per company policy.
