Job summary

Xpetize Technology Solutions (P) Ltd is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Kerala to drive software/SaaS and digital product sales. You will make outbound calls, demonstrate features, address pricing with prospects, and convert leads into customers.

Remote options are available along with office work in Kerala. The role requires 2–6 years of sales experience, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and the ability to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with good communication skills.
• 2–6 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in Software/SaaS/digital product sales.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and other CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
• Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
• Close the sales loop by lead to client conversion.
• Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Product and Management Team members to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Handle client demos as and when required.
