Make Your Own Perfume outlet in Odisha seeks a motivated retail associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, invite shoppers, and support stock and promotions while achieving daily targets.

The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and a passion for sales, with opportunities for training completion and exposure to promotional campaigns in-store.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets

Requirements

  • Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
