Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) invites applications for a retail sales associate in Visakhapatnam. You will engage customers, demonstrate products and help them choose perfumes, contributing to daily targets and store goals.

You will maintain attractive displays, handle stock, assist in promotions, and ensure SOP adherence and courteous store etiquette. Strong communication across languages and a proactive, sales-driven attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.
• Sales: Inviting customer to outlet, introducing MYOP, demonstrating products, helping identify right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox debt if required.
