This fresher-friendly role offers exposure to dealers, customers, and internal teams, with learning on dealership and sales operations.

Key duties include onboarding dealerships, handling invoices, tracking payments, and reporting on billing and collections while traveling within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and regular coordination of dealerships in the territory.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and coordinate with internal teams for timely processing.
• Follow up with dealers and customers for revenue collection and outstanding payments.
• Maintain records of billing, collections, dealer transactions and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, delivery and payment activities.
• Communicate with dealers and customers about orders, billing and payments.
• Support sales and dealership activities in the territory.
• Prepare reports on billing, collections, dealership activities and pending payments.
• Visit dealers and customers for coordination and follow-up.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

This role is suitable for a fresher who is interested in working with dealers, customers, and internal teams and is willing to learn dealership and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and regular coordination of dealerships in the assigned territory.
• Handle billing and invoice-related activities and coordinate with the internal team for timely processing.
• Follow up with dealers and customers for revenue collection and pending payments.
• Maintain records of billing, collections, dealer transactions, and outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, delivery, and payment-related activities.
• Communicate with dealers and customers regarding orders, billing, and payments.
• Support sales and dealership activities in the assigned territory.
• Prepare regular reports on billing, collections, dealership activities, and pending payments.
• Visit dealers and customers as required for coordination and follow-up.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Reporting

The candidate will report to the Zonal Sales Manager.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering is mandatory.
• B.Sc. Agriculture or B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering / Agriculture.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, dealership, billing, collections, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Knowledge And Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record keeping.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month
