Job summary

Tmte Metal Tech is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee (fresher) to assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, customer coordination, and documentation. The role involves organizing brochures, preparing quotations, and supporting the team during visits and demonstrations.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Basic MS Office knowledge and good organizational skills are preferred. Male candidates may be preferred.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic sales trainee - fresher -to support our sales team in day-to-day activities, customer coordination, product promotion, and sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in day-to-day sales activities and coordination.
• Maintain and organize product brochures, catalogues, and sales materials in the proper order and designated locations.
• Ensure brochures and product documents are properly aligned, arranged, and readily available for the sales team.
• Support the team in preparing quotations, product details, and basic sales documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and respond to basic product-related queries.
• Assist in following up with prospective customers and leads.
• Support sales executives during customer visits, enquiries, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain basic records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order-related information and customer requirements.
• Learn the company's products, pricing, sales process, and customer-handling techniques.
• Perform other routine sales and administrative activities assigned by the reporting manager.
