The ideal candidate has 2.6+ years in Pre Fab/PEB sales, strong communication, and the ability to work independently to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA preferred with sales understanding.
• Experience in Pre Fab/PEB sales is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities are required.
• Excellent B2B client handling and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business for Pre Fab/PEB projects.
• Sell PEB structures, prefabricated buildings, industrial sheds, and related solutions.
• Meet architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners to close deals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with estimation/project teams.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements.
• Follow up with clients for closures and payments and meet targets.

The candidate should be capable of generating business opportunities, meeting industrial clients, understanding project requirements, and closing sales for prefab and PEB solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for Pre Fab / PEB projects
• Handle sales of:
  • PEB Structures
  • Prefabricated Buildings
  • Industrial Sheds
  • Warehouse Structures
  • Porta Cabins
  • Factory Shed Solutions
• Meet architects, consultants, contractors, industrial clients, and project owners
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with estimation/project teams
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Follow up with clients for closures and payments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
