Job summary

Kirby Building Systems, part of the Alghanim group, seeks a sales professional in Hyderabad with 3–8 years’ experience in PEB, structural steel or construction equipment. You will drive market coverage, engage decision makers, prepare techno-commercial bids and close projects while coordinating with head office.

Role focuses on generating quotes, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of drawings, contracts and payments in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of selling experience in PEB/Structural Steel/Construction equipment.
• Energetic, positive attitude, able to cover the market and engage decision makers.
• Preference for candidates with PEB/Structural Steel industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes from Corporate Houses, PSUs, private companies, individuals and NGOs.
• Raise quote requests to design/estimation dept based on drawings to cost projects.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers for customers.
• Negotiate with customers and finalize jobs.
• Send documents and contracts to head office; coordinate drawings and despatch.
• Coordinate with customers/head office for drawings and material dispatch.
• Collect payments and manage letters of credit for project closure.
• Submit sales forecasts and reports to superiors regularly.

Incumbent must have 3 - 8 Yrs of selling experience in PEB/Structural Steel/Project Selling/Construction equipments.

People with high energy level and positive attitude, shall be able to cover the market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization.

Preference would be given to candidates having previous experience in PEB/Structural Steel Industry.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To generating quotes from various sources like Corporate Houses , Public sector & Private companies, Individuals, Non Govt Organizations etc as a per sale activity.
• Raising quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer’s requirements /consultants drawings in order to get the cost of project.
• Prepare a Techno-commercial offer for submitting to customers
• Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs
• Send the required documents and signed contracts etc to head office
• Coordinating with customer and head office to get drawings, and despatch of material
• Collection of payments and acceptable letter of credits to complete the jobs
• Sending sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals
