Job summary

Pionnier Roofing Co. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to identify new customers, promote roofing products, and meet monthly targets in the Pune region. You will visit dealers, distributors, and construction sites, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

The role requires good communication, willingness to travel within the territory, and a self-motivated, target-driven approach. Prior experience in building materials is preferred but freshers may apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience (Freshers can apply).
• Any graduate degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in field sales and business development.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic negotiation and customer handling skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Experience in building materials or roofing products is preferred.
