Job summary

Mechsoft Digital Technologies in Pune is seeking a Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience to drive customer acquisition and revenue. The role is onsite at Nigdi, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will handle calls, qualify leads, coordinate with marketing for demos and closures, and maintain accurate CRM records. Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with LIMS or lab software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or software/IT sales experience.

• Knowledge of LIMS or lab management software is preferred.

Job Description:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and connect with prospective customers to understand their requirements.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads and convert them into
• Conduct regular follow-ups and work closely with the marketing team for demos, meetings and closures.
• Work on target-based KPIs including calls, lead qualification, conversions and revenue.
• Build strong customer relationships and effectively handle queries and objections.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/lead management systems.
• Experience in LIMS (Lab management software), Legal-tech or software/IT sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, sales orientation and willingness to achieve targets are essential.
