Job summary

We are looking for a presentable and confident Sales Executive for our showroom on FC Road, Shivajinagar, Pune. The role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle customers, generate leads, understand requirements, and achieve sales targets.

You will greet walk-in customers, explain products, prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams for orders and delivery, follow up with prospects, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Presentable and confident with good English communication.
• 6 months to 5+ years of sales experience.
• Any Graduate degree acceptable.
• Willing to handle showroom walk-ins and generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products, features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Generate new leads through calls, references, showroom enquiries, and other sources.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up records and update sales activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
