Job summary

Enlight Metals is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth in mild steel products like HR coils, CR sheets, and galvanized sheets. You will build relationships with B2B OEM clients, deliver tailored solutions, and manage end-to-end sales in the Pune region.

The role requires 1+ year in steel sales, strong negotiation and CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently to achieve targets. On-site work with industry-leading remuneration is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in mild steel products or a related industry.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (Zoho CRM), MS Office applications, and comfortable with basic data analysis.
• Strong understanding of HR coils, CR sheets, galvanized sheets, and the steel market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
• Identify and engage B2B OEM clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of MS products and guide product selection.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Manage end-to-end sales process, including order placement, coordination with logistics, and timely delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of interactions, sales data, and feedback.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• 1 Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
