The successful candidate will leverage CRM tools, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and work independently to achieve monthly sales targets. This is an on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in mild steel products or a related industry.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM), MS Office applications, and comfortable with basic data analysis.
• Strong understanding of HR coils, CR sheets, galvanized sheets, and the steel market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
• Identify and engage B2B OEM clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of MS products and guide them in selecting the right products.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
• Manage end-to-end sales process, including order placement, coordination with logistics, and timely delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• 1 Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
• 2 Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify and engage B2B OEM clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
• 3 Product Knowledge: Provide customers with in‑depth knowledge of our MS products and guide them in selecting the right products for their needs.
