Job summary

Mahavir Tube Corporation in Mumbai is seeking a Sales Executive to sell steel pipes and tubes to industrial buyers. You will follow up on leads via email, phone, and WhatsApp, understand customer needs, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with production and dispatch to ensure on-time delivery.

You will also develop new business with EPC contractors, fabricators, OEMs, and dealers, and maintain relationships while tracking payments and updating Excel records.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in steel or industrial products preferred.
• Good English and Hindi language skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel for tracking leads and sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by approaching EPC contractors, fabricators, OEMs, dealers, and traders.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

As our Sales Executive, you will sell steel pipes and tubes to industrial buyers and manage those accounts end to end.Your day will start with following up on leads and inquiries received by email, phone, and WhatsApp. You will understand what the customer needs (size, grade, quantity, specification), prepare the quotation, and negotiate price and delivery terms. Once the order is confirmed, you will coordinate with our production and dispatch teams, keep the customer updated on progress, and make sure material is delivered on time.Beyond closing orders, you will actively look for new customers such as EPC contractors, fabricators, OEMs, and dealers, and visit clients to build trust and repeat business. You will follow up on pending payments, keep records of leads and sales in Excel, and report weekly on targets achieved, competitor pricing, and market trends.Requirements: 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (steel or industrial products preferred), good English and Hindi, working knowledge of Excel, and willingness to travel for client visits.
