Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume is hiring a retail sales associate to help customers discover MYOP fragrances and achieve daily targets. You will demonstrate products, assist with promotions, and ensure excellent service in-store.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a multilingual environment. Freshers or graduates with retail interest are welcome to apply, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a passion for sales is required.
• Freshers may apply in addition to graduates with retail experience.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
• Engage customers and demonstrate products in-store.
• Maintain store etiquette and SOP adherence.
• Assist in stock management and merchandising.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Task:

• Sales
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox debt if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
