Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) is seeking a retail sales professional to manage day-to-day store operations and drive sales targets. The role includes planning tasks for sales executives, executing the in-store sales strategy, and developing promotional materials and displays.

You will ensure SOP adherence, stock control, and high customer satisfaction. The candidate should have a 4+ year background in retail sales with B2C brands, strong communication, and the ability to communicate in multiple

• Graduate with 4+ years of experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Excellent communication skills and passion towards sales.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.

• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collection team.
• Stock Audits
• Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis
• DSR and daily checklists.
• Monitoring staff performance.
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales

Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
