Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] is seeking a dynamic retail sales associate in India. You will handle customer interactions, demonstrate products, and drive daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining store standards and cleanliness.

The role requires excellent communication, ability to speak multiple languages, and readiness to assist in stock management and in-store promotions. Freshers are welcome, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2 years' retail sales experience, or freshers
• Strong communication and sales aptitude
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Assist store manager in stock management.
• Complete trainings within defined timeline.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence toStore etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager inStock Management.
• Completion of alltrainings within the defined timeline.

Requirements

Key Task:

• Sales
• o Invitingcustomer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• o Introducecustomer to the concept of MYOP.
• o Demonstrating and presenting products
• o Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.

Handling, resolving customer complaintsand escalating to Cx dept if required

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail saleswith any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates withexcellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidatesmust be able to communicate in multiple languages
