Job summary

Kohinoor Development in Pune is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales professional to drive channel sales and close property deals.

You will manage channel partners, onboard and retain them, analyze market data, and coordinate property viewings while achieving monthly targets.

Freshers welcome; MBA interns encouraged; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with knowledge of Pune market a plus.

Qualifications

• Freshers welcome.
• Experience in Real Estate Sales, Channel Sales, Property Sales, or Business Development preferred.
• MBA Freshers with internships in Real Estate, Sales, or Marketing encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of Pune real estate market is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: identify candidates with real estate channel experience; build and manage a channel partner network in East/West Pune; manage client communications and partner onboarding and retention; implement channel sales strategy and perform market analysis.
• Closing: close deals to achieve monthly targets; handle real estate closings; coordinate document preparation and property viewings; resolve issues during closing; negotiate and close deals to contribute to revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Sourcing :

• Looking for a candidate having experience in real estate sourcing
  
• Good Channel Partner network preferably- East or West Pune
  
• Client Communication and Relationship Management
  
• Channel Partners on boarding & retention
  
• Channel Sales strategy execution
  
• Market Analysis & data generation
  
• Looking for a candidate having experience in handling Channel Partner who have catered to developers selling ticket size of 1+cr
  

Closing :

• To close deals and ensure that monthly targets are achieved.
  
• Looking for a candidate having experience in real estate closing.
  
• Client Communication and Relationship Management
  
• Preparing and reviewing all necessary documents
• Scheduling and coordinating property viewings
  
• Addressing any issues that may arise during the closing process
• Achieving sales target and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the real estate company.
  
• Deal Negotiation and Closure.
