Job summary

Gundecha Construction in Mumbai Suburban seeks an energetic real estate sales professional to manage pre-sales and post-sales activities, nurture customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in real estate sales, strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Preference for candidates under 25, comfortable working across the Western Suburbs (Borivali to Boisar).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
• Experience in pre-sales, post-sales, customer relationship management, or real estate consulting.
• Graduate/Postgraduate candidates, preferably from Commerce or related fields.
• Good computer knowledge and proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with good relationship management.
• Candidates under 25 years of age preferred.
