Role & responsibilities

Sales sourcing -

• Looking for a candidate having experience in real estate sourcing
• Good Channel Partner network preferably- East or West Pune
• Client Communication and Relationship Management
• Channel Partners on boarding & retention
• Channel Sales strategy execution Market Analysis & data generation
• Looking for a candidate having experience in handling
• Channel Partner who have catered to developers selling ticket size of 1+cr plus

Sales Closing -

• To close deals and ensure that monthly targets are achieved.
• Looking for a candidate having experience in real estate closing.
• Client Communication and Relationship Management Preparing and
• Reviewing all necessary documents Scheduling and coordinating property viewings
• Addressing any issues that may arise during the closing process
• Achieving sales target and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the real estate company.
• Deal Negotiation and Closure
