Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume invites energetic candidates to join our Vizianagaram outlet as sales associates. You will engage customers, demonstrate fragrances, and help shoppers choose products while maintaining store standards.

The role focuses on meeting daily/monthly targets, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team. We offer Provident Fund, overtime allowance, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Freshers can apply.
• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets

• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store

• Assist store manager in Stock Management
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline

• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required
