Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for air freight, sea freight, FCL/LCL, and project cargo shipments.
• Prepare and share competitive freight quotations.
• Coordinate with overseas agents to obtain rates and develop international business opportunities.
• Manage import and export shipments from origin to destination.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, brokers, and warehouse teams.
• Follow up with customers for bookings, documentation, and payments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists.
• Track shipments and provide updates on ETD, ETA, and transit status.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
• Resolve operational delays and customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain shipment records, quotations, and regular sales and operational reports.

Position: Sales & Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our freight forwarding and logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end logistics activities, including air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), import and export shipments, and coordination with international agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer enquiries for air freight, sea freight, FCL, LCL, and project cargo shipments.
2. Prepare and share competitive freight quotations with customers.
3. Coordinate with overseas agents to obtain rates and develop international business opportunities.
4. Manage import and export shipments, ensuring smooth cargo movement from origin to destination.
5. Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and warehouse teams.
6. Follow up with customers for bookings, shipment confirmations, documentation, and payments.
7. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, HBL/MBL, AWB, and other export/import documentation.
8. Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers regarding ETD, ETA, and transit status.
9. Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to generate new business.
10. Resolve operational challenges, delays, and customer concerns professionally.
11. Maintain shipment records, quotations, and regular sales and operational reports.

Working Days & Timings:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
