Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
• Informing clients of shipment status, exceptions and delays.
• Maintenance of customer files.
• Handling general enquiries relating to rates and services.
• Handling sea/air export and import quotation /documentation / booking containers /LCL shipment / arranging vehicle / preparing BL / INVOICE for clients / agent nomination / sales team up to closing of jobs.
