Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for air freight, sea freight, FCL, LCL, and project cargo shipments.
• Prepare and share competitive freight quotations with customers.
• Coordinate with overseas agents to obtain rates and develop international business opportunities.
• Manage import and export shipments, ensuring smooth cargo movement from origin to destination.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Follow up with customers for bookings, shipment confirmations, documentation, and payments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, HBL/MBL, AWB, and other export/import documentation.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers regarding ETD, ETA, and transit status.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to generate new business.
• Resolve operational challenges, delays, and customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain shipment records, quotations, and regular sales and operational reports.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our freight forwarding and logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end logistics activities, including air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), import and export shipments, and coordination with international agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
