Job summary

Aranyaani Hotels And Events is looking for a sales coordinator based in Nagpur to handle sales and reservation activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel sales, excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English, and competence in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and reservation activity daily.

Role & responsibilities

• Report to office everyday to coordinate sales and reservation activity.
• Go on sales calls on a daily basis with a minimum of 4 to 5 genuine clients .
• Interact with site Manager on a daily basis to mantain operational coordination.
• Mantain relations with existing clients & develop new customers.
• Periodically undertake out of station sales blitz to develop new business avenues.
• Interact with digital marketing agency and develop new sales strategies and activities.
• Interact with owners on a frequent basis & keep them updated about sales activities and future business prospects.
• Mantain interaction with accounts department on a daily basis regarding invoices and other documentation.
• Actively be involved in payment recovery process .
• Prepare annual & monthly budgets and sales target in coordination with Resort manager and take approval from owners.
• Submit a daily sales department activity report of sales calls, tele calls & business forecast .
• Can handle OTA's & online channels by himself.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be based in nagpur and be aware of the city.
• Should have a pleasing personality.
• Should be around 25 to 35 years of age.
• Should be a graduate and be fluent in Hindi , marathi and english.
• Should be adept at Microsoft office & email & usage of social media sites like instagram, Facebook etc.
• Should have worked in a Hotel sales department for atleast 3 to 4 years and looking for a growth opportunity.
