HIPPIECAMPS is seeking a Reservations Executive to manage hotel, resort, and villa bookings from enquiry to confirmation in a fast-paced environment. You will respond to queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email, check availability, rates, and details, and coordinate with property partners to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities

• Handle hotel, resort & private pool villa reservations from enquiry to confirmation.
• Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & email.
• Check availability, rates, room/villa details and coordinate with properties.
• Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Manage booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations and guest requests.
• Coordinate closely with hotels, resorts, villas and internal teams.
• Build and maintain good relationships with our property partners.
• Ensure all booking details, payments and confirmations are accurately updated.
• Assist guests with reservation-related queries and provide quick solutions.
• Handle multiple bookings and enquiries while maintaining excellent customer service.
