Job summary

Forever Desi Thane Store seeks motivated individuals who enjoy jewellery and styling to assist customers, meet sales targets, and learn about collections. You will help customers pick pieces, explain product details, and contribute to a visually appealing display.

Strong performers can progress to higher sales positions; Marathi/Hindi preferred with basic English an advantage. Store hours are 10:30 to 8:30 PM; incentives are tied to sales performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in direct-to-customer retail sales.
• Jewellery, fashion, ethnic wear or lifestyle retail experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in jewellery and fashion with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose jewellery and explain product details.
• Achieve sales targets and recommend add-on products.
• Keep jewellery displays neat and attractive; ensure store is clean.
• Support billing, stock handling and day-to-day store activities.
