The candidate must have at least 3 years of proven sales experience, a strong track record of meeting targets, and fluency in English and Hindi. This is a target-driven, non-entry level position. Salary is competitive based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, premium products or high-ticket sales is strongly preferred.

We are looking for a strong, sales-driven professional to join Sneha Rateria, a growing jewellery brand specialising in silver jewellery and fine 18K gold jewellery.

This is a target-oriented sales role for someone who understands how to convert enquiries into orders, follow up consistently and build relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, Instagram and other sales channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Follow up actively with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Work towards monthly individual and company sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, orders and customer conversations.
