ABOUT US:

We are a reputed Jewellery Showroom dealing in Gold, Diamond, Platinum & Silver Jewellery.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a smart, well-groomed & customer-focused Sales Associate who can handle walk-in customers, explain jewellery collections, and achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Handling & Sales: Greet customers with a smile and understand their requirement - Gold / Diamond / Wedding / Daily wear / Gifting. Show jewellery collections, explain design, purity, weight, making charges & current gold rate. Convince customers and close sales with polite and luxury selling approach. Build relationship with customers for repeat business & referrals.
• Showroom Operations: Maintain display counters, ensure jewellery is safe, clean and well-arranged. Handle billing coordination, tagging, and stock management. Ensure proper security and handle jewellery with utmost care. Maintain customer records and follow up for upcoming offers / festivals.
• Target & Service: Achieve daily / monthly sales targets & incentive. Handle customer queries, exchange, and after-sales service. Support in inventory counting, stock audit, and festive promotions. Maintain grooming and wear proper uniform.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Good communication in English, Hindi & Local Language. Pleasing personality, well-groomed, and presentable. Knowledge of Gold (22KT, 18KT), Diamond (Carat, Clarity), Silver preferred. Experience in handling HNI customers / luxury sales. Honest, trustworthy, and good at handling expensive products. Basic computer knowledge - Billing software.

WHO CAN APPLY:

1+ Years experience in Jewellery Showroom (Tanishq, Malabar, Kalyan, Joyalukkas etc.) OR Luxury Retail, Watch Showroom, Apparel Showroom. Freshers with excellent communication & good personality can also apply - Training will be provided. Must be comfortable for standing for long hours and working on weekends/festivals.
