The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery retail sales and possess excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. The role involves delivering a premium shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, and pricing to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and after‑sales support professionally.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure jewellery displays are neat and secure.
• Coordinate billing, inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Ensure accurate handling of jewellery inventory and follow all security procedures.
• Assist in store opening, closing, and maintaining store standards.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in jewellery / retail sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Good understanding of jewellery products, gemstones, precious metals, and current market trends.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing, inventory management, and POS systems.

• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as per retail business requirements.
