Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking an experienced Counter Sales Executive for a leading jewellery retail showroom in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have prior jewellery sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities include assisting customers, offering product options, achieving targets, explaining charges, and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Jewellery Retail Sales is mandatory.
• Freshers are not eligible for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities
