Job summary

Daivik Ratnam in Bhubaneswar is seeking an experienced luxury jewellery sales professional to provide a premium in-store experience. You will welcome customers, understand preferences, and recommend diamond jewellery and bespoke designs.

You will explain certification, pricing, and product details clearly while building lasting relationships and meeting showroom targets. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to learn about diamonds

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a warm and professional approach.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery and designs.
• Explain jewellery details, diamond characteristics, certification, pricing and other relevant information clearly.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a personalised luxury shopping experience.
• Handle sales enquiries, follow-ups and customer interactions professionally.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of diamond jewellery, new collections and current trends.
• Assist with showroom presentation and ensure jewellery is displayed appropriately.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Handle high-value customer interactions with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred candidate profile

• 14 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail or premium retail sales preferred.
• Candidates with experience in diamond or gold jewellery sales will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong ability to understand customer requirements and recommend products accordingly.
• Good sales and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable interacting with premium and high-value customers.
• Willingness to learn about diamonds, jewellery and bespoke designs.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in luxury jewellery may also be considered.
