Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate for its Kerala outlet. You will drive monthly and daily targets, engage customers, demonstrate products, and help identify the right perfume for shoppers. The role emphasizes stock management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.

• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in stock management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to CX dept if required.

• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaintsand escalating to Cx dept if required.
