You will schedule and conduct meetings with residential, commercial and institutional customers, visit sites, and capture the full scope of requirements for CCTV, networking, Wi‑Fi, access control, gate automation, video door phones, security alarm systems and home automation.

Qualify each lead to establish the actual requirement, budget, decision-maker and timeline. Schedule and conduct meetings with residential, commercial and institutional customers. Visit customer sites wherever required and capture the complete scope of requirement. Carry out cold calling and independently generate new business opportunities. Coordinate with Junior Sales Executives for preliminary surveys, measurements and requirement collection. Understand customer requirements across CCTV, networking and Wi‑Fi, access control, gate automation, video door phones, security alarm systems and home automation. Develop the proposed solution in coordination with the technical and product teams. Ensure the BOQ and quotation are prepared accurately and presented professionally. Explain product features, solution benefits, commercial terms and the KavachX value proposition to the customer. Conduct structured follow-ups and negotiations to convert quotations into confirmed orders. Maintain complete lead status, meeting notes, follow-up dates, quotations and expected closure dates in the CRM.
