Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] is seeking a Full-time Retail Sales Associate for its Kollam outlet in Kerala. The role focuses on engaging customers, demonstrating products, and guiding them to the right perfume while maintaining store standards.

Candidates with 0-1 year in retail or freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. The position involves meeting daily targets, stock handling, and adhering to SOPs and store etiquette.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 years retail sales experience in B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
