Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) in Bangalore seeks a dynamic Sales Associate to help drive daily and monthly targets. You will assist customers, demonstrate perfumes, and maintain appealing store displays and stock routines.

You will engage multilingual customers, uphold SOP and store etiquette, and support stock management with the store manager. Graduates may apply; fresher candidates are welcome. Provident Fund and medical insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years retail sales experience preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
