solar and the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. You’ll visit homes,

explain how solar can reduce electricity bills, and guide interested customers

toward installation.

No solar experience? No problem! Freshers willing to

learn and work outdoors are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners in your assigned area and introduce rooftop solar
• Explain and Share basic PM Surya Ghar scheme information, with no false promises on subsidies or savings
• Generate leads, collect details and follow up with interested customers
• Take part in local solar awareness camps
• Achieve sales targets and earn extra incentives on eligible sales
• Keep simple records of visits and leads, and share daily updates with the team
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new corporate and enterprise sales opportunities.
• Deliver convincing product demonstrations tailored to prospective client needs.
• Manage customer sales pipeline from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key business decision makers.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Salary & Incentives

• Monthly Salary Range: 15,000 to 20,000 in-hand per month*
• Performance-Linked Pay: Salary payout depends on the achievement of assigned sales targets, as per company policy
• Incentives: Earn additional incentives for eligible sales above the assigned target

Required Skills & Qualifications
