Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients regarding order updates and track upcoming projects.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new industrial clients through prospecting, cold calling, and exhibitions to drive market growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including technical presentations, inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and product trials.
• Generate orders from potential clients, provide production planning guidance to production and coordinate with clients to approve Quality Assurance plans.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment, follow up on payments, provide dispatch planning to logistics, and finalize orders.
• Maintain excellent client relationships, provide regular updates, and prepare sales reports using Microsoft Office.

Job Description

• This role requires the ability to coordinate with clients regarding order updates. The candidate must also be confident in generating inquiries by tracking upcoming projects.
• The person should Identify, pursue, and secure new industrial clients through prospecting, cold calling, and exhibitions to drive market growth.
• The person should have ability to manage the full sales cycle, including technical presentations, inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and product trials.
• Need someone who can generate orders from potential clients, provide production planning guidance to the production department, and coordinate with clients to ensure approval of the Quality Assurance plan.
• Need to ensure timely order fulfilment also need to follow up on the payment, provide dispatch planning details to the logistics department, and finalize the order.
• Must maintain excellent relationships, providing regular updates to clients.
• Should prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
